Our Chairman, Chief Executive and Directors are all former officers who served at the highest levels of the Metropolitan Police, New Scotland Yard and other UK Police Forces.

  Lord Blair

  Chairman

  Lord Blair was a British police officer for 35 years, a member of the command ranks for 15 years and the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Service (Scotland Yard) from 2005 to 2008. He now sits as a cross-bench peer in the House of Lords. He writes, broadcasts and lectures extensively in the UK, the Middle East, the United States and India, where he Co-Directs national executive training for senior officers. He holds academic posts at the Universities of both Oxford and Cambridge.

  Bob Quick QPM, MBA

  Chief Executive

  Former Assistant Commissioner Specialist Operations Metropolitan Police Service, Bob is a highly respected and well-known figure inside and outside of policing in the UK and overseas. He works extensively with the private sector, including the aviation industry, pharmaceuticals, petroleum and chemicals, utilities, banks and construction, and with the government on security and other collaborations.

  Harry Hickinson LL.B

  Chief Operating Officer

  Working within the private sector as a principal policing consultant, Harry was formerly a Chief Officer Surrey Police, former Chief Superintendent Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary and Detective Chief Superintendent Wiltshire Police.

  Senior Resourcing Manager

  Industry recognised leader in the field of talent acquisition and executive search having worked with leading global businesses and advised UK Government on the location and retention of talent for major technology delivery programmes. Rob manages our substantial resourcing database, matching the key skills, knowledge and experience of our associates with our client’s needs.

  Dr Amanat Hussain

  Director - Transformation

  A visionary leader with a proven track record of delivering large and complex transformation programmes. Over 25 years of experience as a management consultant to a wide range of public and private sector organisations. Successfully delivered the largest police transformation programme for the United Kingdom Metropolitan Police Service and developed the transformation programme for the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary. Worked with the Olympic Security Directorate to design the National Command and Control Programme to provide security for the 2012 London Olympics.

  A highly respected HR specialist with a proven background in change management, organisational development and general HR and workforce planning. Martin has worked across the private and public sectors, and is regularly named by the HR press as one of the most influential people in Human Resources today.
